The aviation industry is looking for "people skills" and "skills".
We develop human resources that have both.

TOPICS

A fake response will not work in a job interview. The way you have lived your life up to now itself will be questioned. This course has a curriculum that prepares students for employment in the airline industry and improves their human skills as a foundation for employment in the airline industry, enabling them to grow into individuals who can be active in a wide range of fields in the future. In addition, faculty members and the Career Education Center work together to provide thorough support for each student, from entry sheets to interview practice. We provide extensive guidance until students are satisfied with their preparation.

Debriefing for Offerors

This is a warm course where seniors who have been offered jobs in the airline industry give advice to juniors in their job hunting activities, and seniors are also available after school and during breaks to offer advice to juniors.

Job Hunting Report

This is a record of the experiences of second-year students who have completed their job hunting activities. The first-year students will be encouraged by the messages and advice.

Training in cooperation with airlines

We offer a number of training programs to help students visualize what it would be like to work for an airline, such as special seminars by current employees of airline companies, airport tours, and tours of aircraft maintenance shops. This training helps to motivate students to prepare for the employment examination.

Teaching Experience.

Students will acquire the human skills and abilities to become "human resources needed in society.

The best part of working in the airline industry is the sense of accomplishment you get from working as a team, the fulfillment you get from solving difficult situations, and the opportunity to continue growing through encounters with a variety of people. In this course, students aim to find employment in the hospitality industry, including the airline industry, but the goal is not to receive a "job offer. The goal is not to get a job offer, but to become "a person who is needed in society" by working to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself. School life will not be easy for students as they will have to tackle numerous assignments after entering the school. In addition, since the school is always based on thinking and acting on one's own initiative, you may feel lost at times. However, the two years that you will spend pushing forward with all your might will be an irreplaceable time in your life.

JAL Sky Offer
TOEIC? 875 points

Became a ground staff of JAL Sky, which I had longed for.
Kanda Institute of Languages is truly a place where dreams can come true.

My father is Chinese and my mother is Filipino, and we have lived in Japan since I was in the fifth grade. Whenever I visited the airport at the timing of my mother's return to the Philippines, I naturally began to yearn for the airline industry. This course has a strong network with graduates, and I have many opportunities to receive job hunting advice directly from current flight attendants (CA) and ground staff (GS). What I appreciate most about the teachers is their generous job hunting support for each student. During interview practice, I sometimes struggled with the barrage of in-depth questions from the teachers, but thanks to them, I was able to discover strengths that I had not noticed on my own. Looking at the other job hunters with whom I went through the actual interviews, I could tell that the behavior of Kanda Institute of Languages students really shines through. The teachers helped me correct my entry sheet and practice interviews until late at night, and I was able to fulfill my dream of working at JAL Sky. I almost gave up on becoming a CA because of my short stature, but at an airport I visited for company research, a current CA told me that there was a way to gain experience as a GS and then become a CA. Encouraged by her words, I would like to work overseas in the future to improve my skills and someday fly around the world as a CA on international flights.

MESSAGE

She aspires to work in the airline industry because of her admiration for former CA teachers.
Every day we deliver Japanese hospitality to people around the world.

After graduating from high school, I went on to a four-year university to study nutrition, but I wanted to acquire the skills necessary for the hospitality industry, so I attended an open campus at Kanda Institute of Languages. I met a teacher of this course and was attracted by her personality and decided to enroll. In order to overcome my weakness in English, I willingly spoke up in class, went to ECL (see p. 107) every day, and consciously increased speaking opportunities. As a result, I was able to overcome my weakness in English, and each CA at ANA uses his or her strengths to provide hospitality. There was a time when I suggested sake that went well with a meal to a customer who was trying Japanese food for the first time, and he was very pleased. I feel more joy than ever when I am able to help people from overseas enjoy Japanese culture. I would like to continue to broaden my knowledge and increase my customer service skills. I am in charge of both domestic and international flights, but my favorite place to stay is Brussels, Belgium, where the beautiful cityscape soothes my soul. On flights with many overseas passengers, I have many opportunities to make use of the languages I have learned. Every day is a series of new encounters, and I am conscious of this every day so that I can warm up the atmosphere on site by talking to customers and crew members myself. The ability to take action on my own, which I developed at Kanda Institute of Languages, has been very useful in my current job. It has helped me a lot in my current job.
